What our days will look like*:

7:30-8:30am - Morning Practice (may include meditation, yoga, sunrise rituals, a morning hike, light movement, etc.)

9-10am - Breakfast

10:30am - 1pm (or later) - Workshops, daily hike or a group excursion off the property

1-2pm - Lunch (unless on excursion)

2-5pm - Free time, excursions and time for spa treatments

5pm - Depending on the day; free time, Restorative yoga, journaling, meditation

7:30pm - Dinner

We have a full moon on our day of arrival and will celebrate with a moon ritual on Sunday evening after dinner.

Unknowingly, I started my spiritual journey as a young child. My mother was a follower of the “New Age” long before it became mainstream. Then I became busy with life…

I am grateful to have enjoyed a happy marriage, motherhood and career. My husband and I just celebrated 38 years of marriage. We have 3 adult children who are currently navigating life in their own ways. I’ve had a successful corporate career as a Project Manager, delivering Interior Design projects for major Canadian companies for over 35 years.

Then, in 2017, I made the conscious decision to dive in and renew my own personal spiritual journey towards self-love in earnest. Although my life was full, I felt I had no purpose – no real passion. I was blocked by feelings of lack, operating in life without a deep sense of self or my inner truth and the knowing that there is so much more to this human experience. So, I started to explore and learn. I found my true love story in knowing the transformative power and healing of Universal Life Force Energy. I am now a Certified Soul Healing Protocol Practitioner and a Reiki Master.

There is so much out there beyond our physical world and my goal is to share this amazing knowledge with anyone who is interested. The Universe provides this incredible guidance system and we just need to be reminded how to access it. I truly believe that every human being has the divine entitlement to experience a life filled with love, joy, and abundance.

This journey to self-love is ongoing. By embracing self-responsibility, we empower ourselves to take charge of our own growth and well-being. It is a powerful reminder that we are the creators of our own reality and that our choices shape the energetic landscape within and around us. It is the understanding that we are not passive observers of our lives, but active participants.

What better way to be an active participant than to treat yourself to a luxurious week under the Italian sun and moon. To spend time nourishing your mind, body and soul while in the company of other beautiful souls. I look forward to sharing this incredible experience with you.
