Lotus 🪷
Lotuses rise from the mud without stains and so they are often viewed as a symbol of purity. And since they return to the murky water each evening and open their blooms at the break of each day, lotus flowers are also symbols of strength, resilience, and rebirth.
This is a rebirth and a self-discovery journey where we explore of the gap between who you are now and who you want to be.
This course is suitable for anyone going through a separation & divorce as well as if you are still considering it.
Healing & Releasing
In this course we are using the body to guide us. Emotional pain will always show up in our bodies through anxiety, insomnia, weight gain or loss, headaches etc.
Using ancient teachings alongside more traditional coaching strategies you will learn how to connect the dots between what you are feeling, where it's showing up in your body and what that means.
This course is suitable for anyone going through a separation & divorce as well as if you are still considering it.
The Separation Course
Separation and divorce is hard. Emotions are big and messy. Life can feel like it is spinning out of control.
Feel in control of your journey as you learn more about how to navigate the practical aspects as well as manage your emotions and start healing. You will be ok. Taking this course helps you get there faster and in a way that lets you sleep better.
This self-guided course is suitable for anyone and especially those just starting this journey.

Meet your Teacher & Guide, Elisabeth 🌻
Elisabeth is the owner and founder of The Separation Club. She first created The Separation Course in response to a void she experienced during her own divorce. More courses have followed as are shown above.
Like Elisabeth, her clients want more than to just 'survive' their divorce. They want to thrive! Her courses take you on a journey from where you are now to where you dream of being!
Elisabeth is an intuitive coach and healer, Reiki certified and has 25 years behind her of working with women on their health and emotional wellbeing.
The courses Elisabeth teaches have given me the tools to keep building my new future. I have a new dream and Elisabeth helped me believe in myself again. She has shown me how to find my self-worth and given me a life manual on how to sparkle again. I am so grateful for her and the new friends I have made."
