131: The life waiting for you on the other side of divorce

The Life Waiting on the Other Side of Divorce

What if divorce isn't the end of your story?

So many women spend months, or even years, focused on surviving divorce. The paperwork, the decisions, the heartbreak, the loneliness... it can feel like your entire life has become about simply making it through another day.

But what if surviving was never the destination?

In this episode, I invite you to gently consider a different question. Not, "How do I get through this?" but, "Who do I want to become because of this?"

Together we'll explore:

  • Why survival mode can quietly become a way of life.

  • The difference between rebuilding your life and trying to recreate the one you lost.

  • How life's hardest seasons often become the beginning of our greatest growth.

  • Why freedom is usually much quieter, and more beautiful, than we imagine.

  • How one simple question can begin to shift your focus from what happened to you toward the life you still get to create.

If you've been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or wondering whether you'll ever truly feel like yourself again, I hope this conversation reminds you that there is still so much life waiting for you.

Because divorce may have brought you to this chapter...

But it doesn't have to remain the main character of your story.
