134: Stop waiting to feel ready - I learned the hard way
So many of us tell ourselves we'll get support once we feel "ready" - once things calm down, once we've figured it out on our own. In this episode, I'm pushing back on that idea. Readiness isn't something you wait for, it's something that gets built, usually with someone walking beside you. I'm sharing what "not ready" actually looks like (it's rarely what you'd expect), what changes when you stop waiting, and two simple action steps you can take this week - whether or not you ever work with me one-on-one.
