112: Hating or blaming men does not make healing from divorce easier or more rightous

In this rather different episode, I get real about a sensitive but important topic: the tendency for women to generalize and hate men after divorce — and why that mindset, while understandable, doesn’t actually serve your healing, or theirs.

I talk about:

  • Why anger and grief after betrayal are valid — but hate is not the path to freedom

  • How generalizing “all men” keeps us stuck in pain, bitterness, and disconnection

  • What it’s costing you emotionally, spiritually, and energetically to carry hate

  • A deeper look into the masculine wound and why many men are emotionally unavailable (without excusing the harm they cause)

  • How you can heal with integrity, reclaim your power, and move forward without carrying hate in your heart

You’ll leave this episode feeling seen, softened, and empowered to choose healing that truly sets you free.
