116: Why we heal faster together than alone
If you’ve ever had the experience of sitting with a friend, or several, and realizing that being witnessed, being heard, already made you feel lighter… then this episode is for you.
In today’s world, so many of us are walking through heartbreak, through transitions, through loss, completely alone. We forget that our mothers, our grandmothers, our ancestors, never carried their pain in isolation. They gathered. Around fires, at temples, in kitchens, in fields, under the moon - anywhere and everywhere. So today, I want to take you on a little journey into that lineage and remembering. Because when we remember where we come from, we can also remember how we’re meant to heal.
