37: Having a Spiritual and Aligned Divorce

What does that even mean you ask?

Think of it as doing things and making decisions based on your value system, your beliefs and what is right for you. During a divorce process we have to make decisions that have huge impact. Things like where you are going to live, how to split money and parenting agreements.

How are you supposed to make these decisions when you are over the top emotional and angry and resentful and hurt and wishing this wasn't happening at all!?!

In this episode I invite you to find some peace within yourself so you can make sure that you are choosing from the heart and from a place of alignment. Alignment with your core values. Get clear on what you want out of life, for yourself and for your family. And only then can you gain clarity on how to achieve that and still sleep well at night.
